wow thank you for the recs! I'm going through a bit of an art block and this helps. chloe wise and inès longevial's paintings are right up my alley, the second nature book looks incredible. I've been meaning to dive into jung for a while and this may be a good place to start. also I own art and fear and need to finally read it lol

My local library has a copy of Jung's 'The Red Book.' It has some beautiful illustrations, as well as wonderful poetry. It's a real tomb, definitely the biggest book I've ever read.

Art & Fear is a good book to read when you're too nervous and depressed to make art but still want to think about it. Authors are David Bayles and Ted Orland.

inès longevial's self titled book published by rizzoli and chloe wise's "second nature" published by almine rech are my two favourites. both terrific artists.
