Adds more of a historical perspective and is a little more objective than twelve patients, I liked it a lot more particularly with it's reflection not only on one hospital but the course of American medicine as a whole. That's also why I forgive the kiss on their own dick at the end versus the self deepthroating twelve patients performs.
