Idk how possibly to respond to this lol. It's unbelievable that its journalism haha I have not stopped thinking about it since I started it. Anyway ..... I wanna be on that van. Actually it is interesting cuz this movement was a major source of critique in Lasch's book and the end I could see why, it's like a total disconnection from the realm of the real lol. Which duh I guess. And obviously like Ken Kesey was a remarkable and highly charismatic person (like Manson? Lol) But any whatever secondary effects of the acid movement maybe are up for more critical assessment. Its cool to read about time when SF was actually cool haha
