It's a book describing being an intern in 1955 and while the practices has changed the culture has not. He describes getting paged three separate times in a day while pulling down his pants to take a dump and I thought yep, that's definitely still a thing. Also talks about the Kildare looking assholes sucking at their jobs while the tuff goon looking guys get unfairly judged and yes, that's also still a thing.
