i love how curious bill bryson is. i love how nearly every paragraph in this book could be its own book if expanded on at length. or at least nudge you to look it up on wikipedia to see more to the story. the fact that a lot of the information presented in this book is referenced in its respective wikipedia article shows you the work that went into this. at nearly 500 pages i wished it was 500 more.
