Manuel Chaves Nogales (Sevilla, 7 de agosto de 1897 - Londres, 4 de mayo de 1944) fue un periodista y escritor español.​ Como periodista colaboró con numerosos diarios y dirigió también varias cabeceras. Cubrió la revolución de Asturias (1934), relató la Guerra Civil y la II Guerra Mundial (en el exilio) y viajó por toda Europa, incluyendo la Rusia soviética. Destacó asimismo como autor de diversos libros de carácter biográfico y crónicas y reportajes viajeros. Entre sus obras destacan *A sangre y fuego: Héroes, bestias y mártires de España* (sobre la Guerra Civil española) o su reconocida biografía del torero Juan Belmonte. ---------- Manuel Chaves Nogales (Seville, August 7, 1897 – London, May 4, 1944) was a Spanish journalist and writer.
