Bruna Capparelli

Bruna Capparelli is an Associate Professor of Criminal Procedure and holds a PhD in Criminal Procedure and Criminal Sciences. She carries out research and teaching activities in the field of criminal procedure and criminal justice, with particular attention to the prohibition of double jeopardy, the epistemology of evidence and, more generally, the rights of defendants, as well as the impact of artificial intelligence on criminal proceedings. More recently, she has explored the relationships between law, justice and literature.
