I'm not into photography by any means, but I quite adore Sam Haskin's 'Five Girls' collection. I love pretty captures of women.
Some of my personal favorites I own: Richard Avedon's seminal In the American West: https://www.amazon.com/American-West-20th-Anniversary/dp/0810959283 Mohamed Bourouissa's Périphérique: https://loosejoints.biz/products/peripherique Michio Yamauchi's Calcutta: https://www.shashasha.co/en/book/calcutta
Outlands and Election Eve by William Eggleston... A few photographs exceedingly banal, but most others elusively immaculate. You'll see what I mean
i wouldn't say classic/iconic yet but l'altra gloria by diana louise bartlett and i ditched class and i took a bath by agathe rousselle are both great if you can find somewhere to buy them
