I'm considering starting a "short story writers" groupchat on lit.salon. This might be sort of exclusive, and really looking for people that are more looking to write compelling narratives that depict a scene rather than post-modern, more nihilistic/fatalistic pablum. Character limit. More details in comments...
Lengths of pieces may be from one page to 100 pages but it's more about presenting singular chapters or collections of paragraphs rather than broad sweeping compendiums. The goal of the group is to establish a space off of reddit where people can create stories, share them with the group, and also help eachother out with different tools / other groups that could be useful to market them down the line. Apply by sending me a DM here or on Discord about what you'd like to write about (no timelines required or expected), and I'll accept them on a case-by-case basis.
