Every sentence in this book has a purpose and it explains trauma surgery very well and succinctly, without which I would have trouble with mock oral boards. The techniques are also extremely useful for real trauma surgery, to differentiate big trouble from little trouble and what needs to be fixed or temporized first to save a life.
