If you are already a Christian (or sympathetic half-believer), then this book will comfort your beliefs with soft chuckles and a knowing smile. If you aren't, then this book will mostly fall flat. This satire is more concerned with reassuring than with illuminating or convincing, and it isn't funny enough to entertain those outside of its target audience.
