the penguin edition is weird and makes some questionable decisions in my opinion, but I really like the stuff that is here. you can see how this could influence later philosophers like hegel. while it is sad that we don't have all of his writings/sayings, I think it is a little ironic that the philosopher of change only has a collection of quotations as his legacy.
