[2025-08-01] i went to two different bookstores to find this, and both were sold out — had been for a while. two nights ago, a stranger told me he'd finished the whole thing in one sitting. everybody who's read the sluts seems to love it, and anybody who hasn't read it wants to. my expectations were fantastically high — and well-met. a shockingly unique novel
