Catch-22 uniquely catches the surreality of the odd mixture of personalities that wander through the military. I work in the military industrial complex and Catch-22is the only thing surreal enough I have encountered to properly reflect working closely with the United State military. Just about the only thing missing is a color coordinated hierarchical diagram of managers you report to which is completely disconnected from reality.
