got this edition from the oregon state library and it took something like a week to arrive from ucla. first edition copy that had been checked out exactly 4 times in the interim period since 1968. three of them women, one of them some guy who'd gone through it piece by piece and annotated the whole thing heavy. pretty good annotations, too... not a bad book if you're trying to nietzche yourself but after a point his aesthetic longing gets so surreal that you find yourself ceaselessly meandering through the words even as you know that their primacy eludes you... if you need a book to tell you to go to the gym it's already over
