Hoping to be able to change the cover of our books to a different edition. Would want this virtual bookshelf to have the same covers as my physical books. "Confederacy of Dunces" for example has an obscure German cover
Hey, yea this is something I'm thinking about the right way to "solve". For example, I also want to support user-edited descriptions. I think it will be fun to have the community directly edit the metadata of the book without involving Open Library. Same goes for covers. It annoys me a lot to see missing covers, and I am actively finding a way to enrich the site's metadata in general. Thank you for bringing it to my attention, I made a ticket for it.
