Literature in the tradition of the exile. The exile is a broad category that, for me personally, includes actual exiles, expatriates, Jews, queers, outsiders, social and internal exiles. Everyone is all exile, but only some authors understand this. There is a phantom thread which connects all these authors which is felt more than it is stated.

Exile lit is great. Ovid's Tristia and Black Sea Letters are surely even more fitting than his Metamorphoses. Also, the Old English "Wulf and Eadwacer".
